Ordered my photos over a week ago - went into the store to pick them up only to be told they had run out of a certain size paper and therefore couldn’t print any of my photos. Instead of communicating this by emailing me - I had to go in, wait in line, cancel my order, then replace the order for the format they did have. Waste of time

I wasted nearly 40 minutes trying to see my photos/folders to be able to transfer the 2 photos i needed over to the kiosk. Ridiculous system as it wants to load all your photos from your phone before you can see anything to select. What happened to where you could just bluetooth the chosen photos from your phone. Its ridiculous...i will not be attempting again. Going somewhere else for my poster and mug.

1 They using 80g paper, charge me 160g paper. 2 I paid for laminate, but they forgot. And they running out laminate material, my assignment looks ugly. They should inform me before they put my assignment into laminate. 3 before I went there, I called them, they said I only need to wait 90 min. And I asked them I will be arriving in 15 min. Please leave me a position. When I arrive anther lady said I haveto wait 5 hours. ...so chaos management. So low class group people working there.

Same experience with other people.Ordered photos, papers run out.Confirmation email says “done within 2hrs” but i was told it will be 4pm and they will give me a call(which I don’t believe it will happen) wasted my time and petrol.Give a store a call before you order photo print.
