Spent over $90 tonight all to get to the window tonight and have the lady on the drive thru roll her eyes at me when I asked for a cup holder for my 5 drinks!. Then threw the cup holder on the ground because she couldn’t make it. Also when I asked for my total of food she ignored me. Not sure what her problem is but she was so frickn rude!

NO HAIRNETS !!ANTS BY THE SERVICE AREAYELLED AT BY THE MANAGER !!!FOR FILMING ANTS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH KFC DANNIVERK VERY VERY POOR SERVICE !Hats must be worn !! And hair out of face as regulations state however manager sideburns was practically eating her hair not to mention others with no hats on at all !!! Very very poor service

We came though on New Year’s Day-The food was super fresh, tender juicy chicken and hot freshly cooked chips as well as potato & gravy the restaurant itself was closed due to staff shortages- so the drive thru was super packed but with very little wait time.There was a note on the door saying only 2 staff working however there was actually 4 I could see at the drive thru window, I’d recommend for future that you don’t state now many staff you have on the floor but rather simply state SHORT STAFFED, I understand that to have the dining area open you need more staff on board.We parked up at the railway station which was also rather enjoyable.The best KFC I’ve had in years- I now know if I want the best KFC I need to take another road trip.Excellent job KFC Dannevirke New years team.

Slow service after the order was placed, small restaurant so sat outside, way way too much salt on the chips. The chicken itself was cooked well as was tender

My wife, son and I ate here on the way to a family holiday in Napier. Ended up very ill for a couple days and could easily narrow it to this store as all other meals were eaten with other family members who weren’t sick. Would never go back.

I had a voucher for a Zinger burger, it was valid for 48hours. They said they had no burger buns and wouldn't swap my voucher for ANYTHING else at all. She was so rude and pretty much gave me a lecture when all i said is well its not my fault there is no burger buns. So me and the kids left without anything as I wasn't going to pay for other things when they couldn't even honor a voucher. Complained to kfc 3-4 times and nope they couldn't even email or ring me back.
