Edit: after their regional support reach out to me to rectify the issue, I am much happier with the service at evo cycles. This particular location I still do not trust but have bumped up my review to 3 stars for this location based on the after sales service recieved from their regional HQ. 5 stars for George, their regional manager who helped me fix up my brakes and provided excellent communication and service.Absolutely awful customer service, I bought a bike from them and it had defective parts. They replaced the part with a cheaper alternative - didn't inform me of this. Scratched up my twice ridden bike and tried to blame me for it. The managers there are worse than useless. Double charged me for some products, all in all I would never come back here or another evo cycles again.My Kona Libre bike came with TRP-TR160($100-$160) rotors as stock and when they were defective, they replaced them with Shimano SM-RT56-S($25). Didn't say word of this to me, only found out when I looked it up myself when I got home.

Shocking customer service and disgraceful incompetency.Sold me a defective bike and refused to fix it, in very aggressive manner their mechanic accused me that I damaged it. What a nonsense, the bike was accurately ridden twice - from and back to the shop. Not to mention that it came with unadjusted derailleurs, loose hanging mudguards and was pretty much impossible to ride. Shop staff is very persistent in selling you unnecessary service plans at extra cost. Given that their mechanics accept payment in beer (which I myself have witnessed), I wouldn't trust my bike to their workshop.Stay away from this chain, there's more better places to spent your money!

All the staff were very helpful. They gave recommendations on items we asked. The bike was also a good deal, not too expensive. Our son is very happy with his bike.

Staff were very helpful with high efficiency, perfect delivery time since I applied, over all it's a good store to go and highly recommend.

Don't use the service department to service an ebike - I've been consistently disappointed with their inability to correctly service my bikes. Most recently when replacing front pads they managed to create a leak in the hydraulic line, and their 'fix' was to simply change the brake lever settings. Also found when I took it to another repair shop to get properly fixed that they hadn't heat-treated the new pads meaning they were performing very poorly (and were noisy). And during the same 'service' they contaminated the rear brakes leaving them unsafe for use.

Thank you! I was having issues with my bike that were really putting a damper on riding. After bringing it in for a service and some fresh tyres it’s like riding an entirely different bike. The staff member I dealt with was super friendly and clearly understood the problems I was describing. Service was quick and everything came out cheaper than expected at the end. Will definitely be bringing my bike back here for any work in the future.

Ordered online last week and collected my bike today assembled and tuned.Kudos to the helpful Lady who even helped me choose and install the accessories i needed for my bike.I’m extremely happy with the bike, service and fast delivery. Overall experience is great! Thanks heaps and keep it up!Edit: Just a week after called in to check for parts availability and they’ve confirmed over the phone. However, I came down to test and pick up saying it’s not available. Really not sure who’s telling the truth either they have a stock and too lazy to get it or too lazy too check when I rang their phone.
