I visited Vodafone today to have my Nans phone plan changed from 2degrees to Vodafone and I couldn’t be any happier with how it went. Charlie is a polite guy who listened to what I wanted and made it possible in record time, would happily recommend Vodafone and Charlie’s service to anybody!

Went to get our cellphone and broadband updated. Staff were very helpful and the process went smoothly with no interruptions to our internet connection. Charlie (manager) got in contact with me to ensure everything was going well. Great follow up and I have no regrets sticking with Vodafone.

The young woman who attempted to serve me was rude and condescending and made my experience less than enjoyable. Thankfully previous experiences weren't as bad... but needless to say I purchased my new, top of the line, phone elsewhere!
