Recently called Laser Electrical to inquire about whether someone could come out and install some lighting, plus provide quotes for multiple new outlets to be installed. The first person I dealt with was the receptionist who told me that I should provide my request through email, when I questioned her further she put me on to Peter who I believe is the Franchise owner. He was uninterested and told me they were to busy so should try calling someone else. I can understand that trades people get busy however the lack of interest shown was a real let down. Can't recommend based on my experience.

Anyway would never consider your guys service in future neither will recommend your company to anyone else.

Laser Electrical wired our house for us about 7 yrs ago when our house was built. We had some wiring and power points repairs that needed to be done recently, instead of telling me at the spot that the warranty expired, the owner made me wait one week after I followed up with him. Then, he quoted me $160 per visit plus GST and materials which is overly priced compared to other electricians in the area, after I complained about waiting for a week, he said forget about it. I am actually quite shocked by his response. So unprofessional. We thought of them first as they were our electrician who did the wiring initially, didn’t expect to be treated like this. We definitely won’t recommend them to anyone else.
