We purchased a Warrick Launch from Sam at OOM .The process was lengthy and living in Auckland we relied on Sam to perform necessary pre purchase tasks we would normally be able to if we lived closer. Sam was always very helpful and put efforts in over and above what would be expected.Even after sale / delivery Sam has kept in touch asking progress etc.We would definitely deal with Sam again .
