Very average. The service was pretty good initially, but we had to follow up several times throughout various stages. They didn’t turn up to their first appointment, and when they did come to assess the job, they missed measuring and quoting on an area.Happy with the carpet and the timely manner in which the job was completed. The workmanship was okay, but we are still finding rough areas now. They weren’t overly interested in resolving issues or accepting responsibility for oversights.We probably wouldn’t use this company again.
