What a cool countdown. Loaded with good choices covering everything and more than some bigger stores. I may just go there again...the Prices were ok for me...

It is the only local supermarket. Smaller than the ones in Whk, Rotorua, Tga, so less range of items. But they still offer 4 or 5 rows of the SAME item rather than q or 2 rows of a WIDER RANGE of items in that group (eg 500gm tubs of marge). Much like PnS before, one of the more common items on display is the empty shelf". The staff I meet are pleasant people and helpful when asked for guidance."

It's easy to find things and staff are helpful and the parking lot is big.There are items marked on reduced prices,also those that are on short supplies are noted,so customers are informed the limits that can be bought like eggs for example recently,wearing mask is not required,but hand sanitiser and sanitising wipes for trolleys are still in place at the door entrance.Customers can order online then pick up the groceries but also request for home delivery with small fee,noticeable on the dairy section is the dairy free cheese block for vegetarians,there's a limit of 2 packets of toilet papers per customer recently.

Older employees are self entitled, some possibly lazy or could be argued as unfit for the job. Step aside to make way for the up and coming generation. More of a hindrance than help.

Way too expensive but it's the only shopping store available, Better to go to Whakatane Pakn Save.
