I recently did the Vision Setting Workshop with Bridie in Nelson and loved it. I wanted to get clarity around the direction that was best for me and to make a plan so I wouldn’t block my own success. Bridie’s coaching style is supportive and really helped me to connect with what is important for me. I feel excited for my future and feel like I can make decisions easily and make the most of life. I recently did Bridie’s vision workshop. Such a valuable life experience! She created such a beautiful, safe and supportive space for us. The exercises in the workshop that she guided us through helped us to reflect on and recognise our TRUE values in life, positively set goals and how to action and achieve them. She very inspirational, gives great advice and guidance and is a great listener. + her positivity energy and smiles are contagious! I came out of the workshop more present, aware of my mindset/ true values in life and remembering who I want to be and what I want to achieve.

Bridie is a dream coach to work with! My first session with her has shifted me right away. I was worried I wouldn't be able to focus on the session bec of some client complaint that I couldn't handle well at the moment and she helped me put that away and then I was able to focus. Never thought mindset is so important until I worked with one. Bridie offers a lot of insights and opens the door of perspectives for you. As a business owner, I struggle with entrepreneur mindset blocks and having a coach like Bridie has helped me achieve personal and business growth. Bonus is that her personality is very light-hearted and easy to get along with. She provides valuable insights, coaching and asks questions that are really helpful in making you think about.
