We stayed here whilst on the Otago Rail Trail. Friendly, helpful hosts, lovely room, great spa, delicious breakfast.

Stayed here in late Oct 2022 while riding the Otago rail trail. If we were able to give it 6 stars, we would. Absolutely magnificent accommodation and hospitality. What a gem. Don’t pass up this place - you truly won’t be disappointed.

Such a wonderful stay whilst on the Otago Rail Trail! The room was so comfortable, clean and had their own ensuite bathroom! Absolutely loved the spa with a view after a day on the bikes! Thanks for such a great stay

Fantastic Position and amenities.Great back up from hosts for food arrangementsTERRIBLE FIRE PLACE constantly smoked up. Had to keep windows open in freezing cold to get rid of smoke.Update: Fireplace issues where from approximately 2020.I am happy to report the owner says the fireplace has seen the light and has stopped smoking.

Beautiful accommodation. The only.down side.was.leaving.this amazing.lodge to go.to.the local pub where we were served by a barefoot.waitress with mediocre food which was overpriced.Inverlair lodge is a amazing place and i highly recommend you stay there if doing.the rail trail

Lovely accommodation. Spotless, nice rooms, huge lounge area with drinks and tea/coffee making facilities. Bathrooms are great. Views are lovely. Hosts are friendly and very helpful. Shame I'm only staying one night. Perfect location for the trail trail and only a short walk into the village.If happily come stay here again.

Stayed Inverlair Lodge overnight while cycling the Otago Rail Trail. Put this one on your list of places to stay. Modern, warm and cosy with a small number of all en-suited rooms. Outstanding hosts, Roger and Fleur made our group feel so welcome. Dinner and breakfast were 5 star and the outdoor spa overlooking the valley and mountains was a great way to end the day. Would have to loved to have some more time here. Highly recommended.
