Been coming here for years. Very happy with the service we have received and good advice.As this pharmacy is right next-door to an A&E clinic it can be really busy on weekends , but as regulars we just phone ahead if in doubt about possible waiting times. . No problemsGreat team

Staff is very unreliable. I called today to ask for flu vaxx availability, so I dont have to waste me time coming over. They asked me to be there before 5:30pm. I arrived before 5:30 but asked me to come back at 6pm. And so I did, ONLY TO TELL ME ITS ALL GONE!!!!!!!!WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND PETROL AND STAFF DOEST EVEN BOTHER TO APOLOGIZE!!!

Was told i would be called for my repeated prescription in couple of days..Waited for a week but no call. I called after a week and was put on hold for almost 10mnts just to have the person come back and tell me they couldnt find my medications and that they were going to call me back soon..never got a call back!I called the next day, again was put on hold for too long. Had to hang up. Total waste of time.

Excellent customer service from Fiona. So helpful and friendly. I just started wearing contact lenses and she kindly helped me find exactly what I was after, an eye drop + spray. Highly recommend Unichem Medi-Centre!
