Awesome customer service from Logan Schallum. (Operations Manager) first meet and greet. Discussed overall job description. Communicating and Liaising plans of job in depth. On the same page on scopes of work. Found myself comfortable to explain myself to him as I’m new to all this Project management. Residential job. He was on the same level as myself. Very professional from such a high caliber of high quality standards. Highly recommend there services. Rural work was done. Very timely response. Happy all round with start to finish.

We have been dealing with Napier Electrical during an extensive renovation at our home. They have been exceptional in terms of service and attention to detail on a high-end project. Their staff are all professional, personable and respectful. They understand the care required in a private home and we cannot speak more highly of the team. Since then, we have used them for all work at our commercial premises and would not consider any other company.
