These guys were recommended to me by the AA. After a locksmith job gone wrong, I was very happy with the way Vern fixed the other locksmiths damage. He maintained communication with me also upon finding that there were other areas that were broken and not just the ones that I had originally thought. Very satisfied customer! Would recommend to anyone!

Our son woke up yesterday to find someone had attempted to steal his car and the ignition was completely busted. He and his sister were about to drive from Auckland to Wellington to start back at uni so it really was not a great start to the morning! Rang Auckland Mobile Locksmiths and within 2 hours his car was fixed and they were on the road.Thanks so much for the amazing service, highly recommend *****

Cant commend Vern enough for going out of his way to help with our commercial T5 VW van. One of our employees lost the key and Vern made every effort to help us get the van up and running with a spare. These keys are coded so not an easy task. Despite an after market alarm and some other issues Vern was determined to help. His prices are fair and he keeps up great communication. Ticks all the boxes for me. We have over 35 vehicles so im sure I will be using Vern again. Thanks again for all your help.

Delivered above my expectations. They were not able to confirm, when I booked the job, that they could attend same day - we’re a long way down a “dead-end” and congested area of Auckland so I didn’t hold out much hope of a speedy service. In fact they rang back in under an hour and confirmed their technician had been dispatched. In around 3/4 of an hour they arrived. Service was friendly, efficient and good value.

Was recommended to these guys by a manufacturer/dealership when I lost my keys and was doing some shopping around for pricing for insurance. They were by far the cheapest. Within almost 12 hours of making initial phone call, they had arrived, fixed and replaced the lost set of proximity keys. They were fast, efficient and professional. Appreciate the quick time get me and my family back on the road to enjoy the holiday season. Would highly highly recommend to anyone. Cheers.

Terrible customer service. Called Phil to install (only) a smart lock. They wanted to sell their $600-$800 smart lock which I was not interested/out of my budget. Was rude to say he was too busy and dropped-off. Will never ever use them.

I have used AML several times over the past 12 months. .Vern is an absolute superstar . Nothing was a problem, response time was fantastic and the quality of work top notch . Vern always goes beyond normal service levels, and makes stressful moments a lot easier . He has always managed to find scarce parts, when others struggled. Finally, his attitude and demeanour can’t be faulted . I fully recommend Vern and AML. Legends !!
