Keri More, I’m really sorry your granddaughter had a bad experience at my salon. But I have gone through my appointments and I do not seem to have any new clients booked in in the time frame your post was posted. I also have long term clients so would remember if their grandmother had brought them in for their appointment. Have you got my salon mixed up with somewhere else by chance?
