Mike brought my 14 year old son and me out for a quick 3 hour trip on his boat! We had a great time! We caught lots of fish! We only kept 4, but Mike smoked two of them for us. The fish tasted awesome.

Mike is a vastly experienced, personable and all round great guy to spend a day on the water with. We have fished together on a number of occasions, sometimes just myself but often with small groups of up to 4 people - Mike is very patient and a great coach for the less experienced.For those looking for activities near Turangi and the Tongariro National Park, Turangi Trout Connection morning fishing charters are an awesome way to spend some time. The region is very beautiful and early morning on Lake Taupo offers stunning views. Recommended family adventure.

Excellent days fishing. Mike certainly knows where to take on the lake for a great experience. The conditions were tough today but we still landed ten fish.
