Booked in this experience and got more than I bargained for. The captain of the boat was very knowledgeable and had a very down to Earth attitude, constantly making us laugh during our trip. Got some amazing breathtaking pictures, plenty of opportunities to do so. Definitely great value for what you pay for. I would highly recommend for everyone to give this a go.

Ken is a legend! We were able to book in last minute and we’re lucky enough to see a family of Orcha whales, absolutely incredible. Ken showed us photography tricks and took photos for us that we will cherish forever. What an amazing time, a must if you are in the coromandel!

Beautiful day on the water, friendly helpful guide/owner. Out for about 2 to 2.5 hours, smallish boat so only accommodated about 10 guests. Got nice and close to everything. Snorkelling was great, water was cool but clear,

We had an absolutely amazing time on the boat today. Ken was fabulous at accommodating 7 adults and 7 children (including one with a broken leg and one with a broken arm!). We learnt so much about the area and got to see hundreds of fish whilst snorkeling. Our boys loved being on the boat and the twisty driving". We will be recommending this cruise to all of our friends heading to Whitianga. Thank you so much!"

Great host and guide. Excellent local knowledge and good line in witty banter. We saw lots of interesting sights and learned about them. Snorkelling in the return journey was a thrill and well timed. Very highly recommended.

I highly recommend doing this tour. Ken the owner/operator makes the tour so much fun. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explained about the geology of the area and the sights etc. We did some snorkelling among fishes in the clearest water. It’s probably the best trip I’ve done. Thanks Ken for a wonderful experience.

Well equipped boat and easy booking. Ken who runs the tours is a top bloke. The plan was semi flexible which is much appreciated as we were able to sneak in a quick swim. Ensure you go out on a flat day if you are sensitive to sea sickness. Bit of adventure but I never felt in danger. Highlights were NZs second largest sea cave and cathedral cove. Overall highly recommend the trip
