Team Trayne

Team Trayne have been an absolute dream to deal with. This would rate as one of the best real estate experiences we have had (and we've had many) and I would totally recommend them for others. We are absent from Auckland and Team Trayne managed everything for us from painters, handymen and landscapers to cleaners and house staging. Their estimate of market pricing at the outset was spot on and there were no hidden costs or surprises as we progressed through the sale process. If we're ever in the Auckland market again it will be Team Trayne for us.

Tracy and Wayne have recently sold our home in Birkdale, achieving a great result in a difficult market. From the outset we appreciated Tracy and Wayne's commitment to a job well done. We had purchased unconditionally with a long settlement and during that settlement time the market changed, which drastically changed our situation. This made our selling process one of high pressure emotionally and financially with a tight time frame. Tracy and Wayne were exceptional in caring for us throughout, remaining calm, determined and solution focused at all times. They went above and beyond with the amount of time and attention paid and we felt like we were their only clients despite them having other clients (of whom I'm sure all felt like we did - special). They are honest, transparent, caring and hard working, always putting clients before their own needs - which is rare in the real estate industry. We were very happy with the service provided by Wayne and Tracey of Trayne and Co and the auctioneer they recommended. Team Trayne are experienced and know the local market well. We always felt they were listening and then responding with sound advice, rather than telling us what we wanted to hear. They worked hard for us and our property sold at auction for a fair price. We chose them over the larger firms because we felt we would get more personal service with more discretion about how things are done and commissions etc. This proved to be the case. While we initially had reservations about the fact that unlike the big firms, they do not directly access other agents in, this did not result in any issue because most people seem to get interested in a property via Trade Me and other sites rather than being told about it by an agent. Whereas other agents had approached the property with trepidation & less than complimentary observations about its do-up state, Trayne saw the potential waiting to be unlocked & enthusiastically took on the challenge to market a do-up deceased estate in a rapidly falling market.Crazy maybe, but Tracy & Wayne remained positive throughout & handled the situation with tact, diplomacy & empathy.
