The staff and the owner both lack basic hospitality and the food is horrendous. Ordered a vegetarian dish for takeout and they actually gave me a non vegetarian curry. I mistakenly ate a few bites and that gave me food poisoning. When I recovered from sickness a few days later, I went back with the curry and told them what transpired. When I told the owner that I would at the very least need a refund, he basically said you are lying and we gave you what you ordered. I was shocked by the lack of basic common sense and felt I was wasting my time even providing feedback. While I was there the owner charged a person twice for their order! These guys are all over the place and this establishment is very poorly run. This was my first and last experience here.

Delicious meals to sit all palates and a great selection of alcohol. There are SO MANY dairy and gluten free options!!! Fantastic! We had the delightful Karan looking after us this evening. His friendly and super efficient service was top notch.If you like Indian food this is a must visit restaurant, if you don't, go anyway, you may change your mind!

If your going to sell the rice separately at least advertise this or let us know when ordering, ordered a butter chicken got home and realise it had no rice like come on tell the people , won’t be back any time soon

First time at Virsa. Had fantastic service from Karan and the food was well presented and really enjoyable. A great place to go for a meal or as a takeaway! Denise ☺️

To be honest I thought these guys would be average, only went there because the butter chicken box was closed. Pleasant and polite staff. Took our 3 curries and breads home and we were blown away. We have eaten our share of curries, and while they were a bit pricier than the other places, the food was top notch. Your now my goto team. No disrespect to BCB, but these guys had the butter chicken taste down pat. My wife said so, how can i disagree.

just ordered 2 curries and 2 cheesy naan for $66! the food was a little cold and the cheesy naan had no cheese!! we tried multiple times to ask the person on the phone where they were located and the hung up on us and when we called back they still wouldn’t understand If the cost wasn’t enough it didn’t even come with rice and we were not informed this over the phone so we were calling after a long drive from auckland to come home at 9:00pm at night to make rice for our $66 dinner with plain naan. All in all make sure you order extra rice and is very precise over the phone as to what you want. Butter chicken is good i must admit but service is terrible so i’m but not impressed

Seriously the best Indian restaurant we have gone to YET! Their butter chicken curry is amazing and the cheese and garlic naans are definitely something to drool over! The customer service is also amazing. We always leave with a smile on our faces and can't wait to get back in again to grab another bite to eat!
