I bought this beautiful Prado from them, I still have mechanical some issues to be sorted, but in the end of the Day, Joe (the guy who you should speak with) was very helpful. If you are buying from another city, like I did, I would recommend getting a professional PPI from AA or VTNZ, just in case.

I brought a Mazda Cx5 10 months ago from Jack and Joel they were absolutely awesome and it was such a stress free purchase. A few days before Auckland anniversary the car decided to have a wobbly so I rang the boys and as I was in Auckland Joel came out to the hotel and scanned the car etc everything seem to be OK then on the way home it did another wobble.. Joel and Jack drove all the way toTauranga to come and fix the car it was something so simple a sensor.. I can not thank these two enough they went over and above delivering top service..and traveling the roads after the huge storms.. I'm truly grateful to them both. I wish them well for the future.

Jack and Joel have gone above and beyond, any issue or query was always answered and catered to no matter how big or small, a trustworthy team of stand up guys who bring faith back to a positive car purchase, I appreciate how I was able to call or text with whatever I needed and they were always on board to help out.Thanks again team! I can't praise Garage 22 (Joel and Jack) enough! Without a doubt the best experience I've had buying a car. I'm from overseas and was new to the process of buying a car in NZ. Joel was extremely helpful, contactable and patient.At no point did I feel any pressure, nothing was too much trouble and I felt completely at ease (a rarity when buying a car). Such a simple hassle free process, We bid online and won the auction, paid and picked up the car the next day, the car was ready to go with no delays. Car was immaculate! Joel was great! Did all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. We were so happy with our new car and came at a great price. Great family car and even better with the amazing service from Garage 22. Inside the yard was clean and cars laid out well. Really neat space. If you’re looking for a car, we highly recommend you go through Garage 22. Joel will definitely help you out.

Don’t be fooled by the fancy show room and lame name .. purchased a vehicle through trade me that stated the vehicle had no running issue as well as a fresh service / rego, right off the bat the vehicle was idling very high and car came with no rego.. which they supposedly weren’t “aware” of especially after a “fresh” service it should not be running like that.. numbers of misleading information made it an unpleasant car buying experience that no one else should have to go through. After all that wasted time I had to return the vehicle for a full refund due to the inconvenience. Something to consider before dealing with this place ..
