We tapped Raj to try and fix our washing machine, and he was so professional, polite, sensible, and honest throughout the entire process. Unfortunately our machine had run the course of its short life, but Raj was so knowledgeable and gracious and shared with us possible next steps so we get the best value for our next machine. Like the other review, he probably took a loss on the job he did for us, but I truly believe that what was important for Raj was transparency with his customers and making sure our hard earned money is put to best use. We will not hesitate to reach out to Raj again should we run into other appliance problems!

I checked the reviews on here and the majority of the reviews are made on accounts that have 1-5 reviews... just so y'all know. That means they are most likely fake accounts making reviews by the team at the company. They always try to explain away the mistakes made and take no accountability for their actions. If anyone knew how to properly check the reviews they would know that they are fake. I made a review on how negative my experience was and I was asked to take it off the review platform. How shoddy. You can see the ones that are real, they are the ones with 1-2 stars xD

They picked up the phone when I called (unlike other companies I called first who had a messaging service and never called me back). I was able to book in fast within a couple of days for a Saturday morning visit. They accommodated my request to turn up earlier in the morning if they could because we had to go out at lunch. Communication throughout was fantastic. Rajesh turned up early, as we'd hoped he could. He was polite and respectful to us and our home. He worked quickly and cleanly and got straight to the issue. I found him to be honest, hard working and polite. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and will be definitely using them again if I need too.

Dont bother - absolute time wasters. Response time awful - had to follow up four times to get a confirmation of appointment. Should have known not to follow through. Confirmed appointment and cancelled meetings to work from home that day, then they never showed up (despite me checking with them in the morning).

Great experienced technician who knew his stuff. Repaired our Induction cooktop hassle free, found problem replaced parts very well priced most defiantly recommend and will use again.Thank you.

Booked in advance, drove into work in town so I could leave early to meet the tech - and then got cancelled on because I couldn't move my appointment time to earlier in the afternoon. Incredibly unprofessional.

Rajesh was very thorough and informative and I think he did a great job and the price was reasonable. He fixed both dish drawers and now they work perfectly. He seemed really trustworthy and followed appropriate COVID safety protocols in our home. Would definitely recommend and will use again if any other appliance breaks down!

We have used these guys twice, once to fix a microwave & recently to fix both an over & a dish drawer. Rajesh knows his stuff & seems like he can fix anything even the dish drawer that the F&P technicians failed to fix twice! They also communicate well & turn up when they say they will. Repair cost was reasonable too.
