Visiting Palmy from Newcastle Australia. Here for a wedding. At first it was quite intimidating to enter the gym but then I was greeted with a smile from the lovely Alyssa & she encouraged me to come in to check them out. It was a Sat partner WOD & I teamed up with a similar strength girl. We got stuck in & got it done. I was thankful I went. Thank you team Taurus.

Great place to start to learn the fundamentals and progress. Programming is on point and the gym is 24 hours which is perfect for a shift worker.

Taurus Fitness is definitely the best gym community I've been a part of. Amazing coaches who always go the extra length to ensure everyone gets the most our of their training and grow and develop as individual athletes. Great programming with a large focus on improving skill and techniques for all different levels. Couldn't recommend it more!
