Bethells Farmstay Boarding Kennels

Wow!!! This place is absolutely outstanding. My dogs both love it here (I'm sure they would like to permanently move in). The facilities are top-notch and the care and attention given to each and every Canine Resident is 2nd to none. Highly recommended :)

Absolutely and completely outstanding. An exceptional place to take your beloved fur child. They do want to check the dogs first for compatibility and social skills as this is not one of those places where the dogs are kept in individual wire cages god forbid. This ensures your dog is happy and safe and the reason they are so highly thought of. Pics are also regularly posted on line so (if there was and doubt) you can check on your previous ones.

My girl Poppy just loves coming here and has done a few times a year for the past four years! They offer a wonderful environment and its like a fun summer camp for dogs all year round! The photos are worth booking your dog in for as well! My best pics of Poppy were taken by Bethels!

We were very relaxed about leaving our dog at Bethells farmstay while we travelled overseas after being reassured that they would take good care of him. Unfortuntately, our hopes were dashed when after only two hours of leaving him there, they asked us to take him home. He was barking too much.We were about to depart to the airport. It appeared they had no strategies to care or settle him as they state on their website. They demanded he was taken away at 8.30 the next morning even thought he had a settled night. I would not rely on, or recommend this kennel.

Doggie haven. The dogs are pampered pooches at Bethells Farmstay. I was very nervous leaving my dog in someone elses hand. The photos reassured me of the fun she was having. The humans at Bethells went above and beyond. Thanx the Darcy for caring for our wee girl

A bit overdue, but just had a not great experience with a different kennel for our dog. I will be back, the drive out is worth it. Our dog stayed with Bethells Farmstay for nearly 3 weeks back in 2016 and was so happy he did not want to leave. Can not recommend them more.

Update 7/3/2023 - amazing bad review performance, over 40,000 views! I cant imagine how many potential customers you have lost, thats a great bad review performance for not paying us back just 100$ and their unprofessional response, keep your 100$, I will keep receiving notifications from google about the great views this is getting!The review:BEWARE with leaving your dog in this ''farm'', if something happens to him they wont take responsability. I left mine there for a week and when I picked him up he was bleeding from the nose and he couldn't varely walk, I had to take him straight to the VET where they recommended to do X-Ray, worse case scenario he could need surgery. The bill also could go as high as 6000$, after that we contact Bethells owner, he declined to pay the 100$ of the VET consultation and medication, we will take further auction in Court if our dog has a major injury. He also is quite aggressive but we believe is because has pain in his leg, at least is what the VET says, now we have to wait what the X-Rays say. No doubt leave our dog here was the worst decision I ever made.

terrible experience here, they spoke to us like our dog was such a problem and while picking her up we noticed a large cut around her neck, we asked them what happened and they brushed it off saying it was nothing but we ended up having to take her to the vet to get antibiotics.

Rupert loved his holiday at Bethells Farmstay. Such a fabulous place run by lovely friendly caring people. He came home so happy. In fact I think he finds home a bit boring after his farm adventures with his mates! Thanks Sandra and Gerry for taking such good care of my boy. He will definitely be back.

Gaia & Sky love this place. They’ve been staying there every single time we go away (and can’t take them either us) for the past year and a half.
