This place used to be the bomb never known a place to go backwards so fast they frequently leave parcels behind that are booked for pickup you now ring the new plymouth office and get an indian person on the phone and you need a bloody enterpreteur to understand what they are saying it is so bloody frustrating i have had a gutsfull of it and are going to use NZ post now i dont care if i have to pay double

Brilliant!! Awesome staff down there. Kirsty went up and beyond for me. Had a surfboard delivered from Auckland. Was picked up at 3pm Friday - Arrived early Saturday morning in Taranaki. Top service with delivery - however customer service at this franchise was exceptional. Totally recommend.

no parcel was to be delivered today track and trace a laugh picked up by courier for waitara bell block rang up could hardly understand woman on other end courier picked it up at 6 am now 5-50 pm still no parcel not the first time probs with them not bloody happy we can deliver tomorrow not good enough cancelled an appointment today so i would be home for it told will phone you later nothing what a circus

Terrible service, a care package for my daughter in Wellington which left New Plymouth overnight then sat at a depot in Wellington somewhere for another 7 days. Their response was unsatisfactory and I will never use Aramex again to send anything to Wellington. I will to other areas, but Wellington seems to have some major issues.EDIT this review is not aimed at the NP branch but Wellington - the service from NP was perfect, it is Wellington that needs to put better services and procedures in place.

We have always enjoyed exceptional service from Fastway. Friendly drivers (Patrick initially and then Justine were outstanding), responsive pickups and very fair pricing.The excellent service hasn’t changed at all with the transition to Aramex, still excellent. As a happy customer, we are very happy to endorse their excellent work.

Honestly the worst company to deal with. My 1-3 day delivery had been in transit for 21 days and I was told to be patient and struggled to get in contact with anyone regarding it: no email replies, finally after phoning I was told yes they’d lost my package but expected me to chance the seller down for a refund not a refund from aramex. As if a random lady that isn’t a company is going to give me a refund haha. When I queried this I’ve had no response like usual. Shocking customer service.

BEWARE OF ARAMEX TRUCKS. JUST AVOIDED A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT ON MOUNT MESSENGER ON 27 OCTOBER AT 1900 HRS WITH THE TRUCK OUTBOUND OF NEW PLYMOUTH SPEEDING THROUGH THE TUNNEL WITHOUT CARING FOR THE ONCOMING VEHICLES. IT ALMOST HIT ME WHILE APPROACHING THE TUNNEL

Fast delivery, great tracking but delivered to wrong address and keep leaving parcels outside by garage door instead of inside back door porch area? Sharpen up please. Never happened when they where Fastway! What's changed?

Shambles of a service - 12 days to receive a courier item from Auckland. Box went around NZ and ended up in Christchurch (original destination Napier) - then parcel went back up to Auckland and they had to send it out again. Wondering if they actually have people that can read addresses working for them. No communication with retailer or me on the receiving end. Utterly frustrating and zero accountability. If I could give zero stars, I would.
