Forgotten World Adventures
Stunning New Zealand scenery that you’d otherwise not see … with fun guides. A great day out doing something unique. Lunch is only a sandwich so if that’s not enough for you take something extra. And when they say dress in layers believe them … the tunnels are frigid and depending on time of year, the morning can be too! And if you are prone to motion sickness take some sealegs for the bus ride back which is very windy but again incredible views - keep your camera out!

A really great day out, fantastic scenery, the history was just amazing.......not to mention Lincolns recall of everything. Lincoln, Jo, Oce and Dale were awesome. FWA has a great team of people, everyone was so nice. We would throroughly recommend booking a trip with FWA, really unique......thank you so much!!

This is the ultimate kiwi adventure, Transfer to and from the starting point plus your food breaks are all included in this well organized tour. I rate our Guide Ray, 10 out 10 for his local knowledge, enthusiasm and his humor.People of all ages can enjoy the Rail Trail and learn the history of the railway construction and the local farming community..

Forgotten World Adventures
What a great trip we had to the Lavender Farm and on the Railcarts.The commentary from our guides gave us insights into parts of the country we’d never experience otherwise.Staying in the Forgotten Highway Motel was so convenient and everyone we met in Taumarunui couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful.Just loved the whole adventure. Thank you.

Forgotten World Adventures
We shared in a great weekend with friends from our Wolseley Car Club - doing the 10 tunnel Rail Cart run to Tokorima. The weather was beautiful and it really was an awesome experience. It was a nice touch to enjoy home baking for our Morning Tea and again with our lunch. It was interesting listening to the history of the area too. Well done to the Team.

Wonderful experience, all the staff incredibly friendly and helpful; Debbie Mary Pearl our driver, those who served morning tea and lunch. Lincoln was a great narrator and story teller of the history and legends of the land. Herb farm gorgeous. Highly recommend. value for money to be sure.

Had a great unique family experience riding the golf carts on the old railway. Our guide told stories of the history of the area and dropped in quite a few funny remarks/observations along the way. Staff were very helpful and friendly :)

Four of us travelled together and we all thoroughly enjoyed the day as we carted our way to Whangamomona. Loved the frequent stops for food and commentary. A fantastic experience!!!!!!!
