Came here on Thursday morning at 9.30am thinking the store would be open (it says opening hours is 9am on google). However I waited around for about 45-50 minutes and the store STILL wasn’t open! It was past 10am at that stage and decided to leave. Sort it out! If the store wasn’t going to be open please at least let others know and edit your timings. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

Something for the managers to look at the camera around 1235pm today 12/04/23 as I was making my way in ,the sales assistant wearing a dark sunglasses and vaping or smoking was really disturbing to see this beans didn’t even enter just walked out ! Really disappointed

Generally good customer service from the sales assistant. Staff are not too pushy and knew a reasonable amount about the product. Happy to go back to the brand in the future.

Was trying on sunglasses at sunglass hut in St Lukes mall when a staff member asked me to leave the shop. Her reason was she felt uncomfortable . I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong by be in that shop. I was judged by this person without her even knowing who I am. So I will never shop at any sunglass hut again.

Ridiculously abysmal service. Slow, inefficient, sold a pair we had ordered in advance, told us they’d call when the replacement pair came in, didn’t call. Went back and got told to come back at a certain time - went back, shop was closed. It’s like they don’t want to do business? Not shopping here again. Go elsewhere with competent and reliable service.
