Disappointed with the quality of foodI am not sure the owner has changed or notBack then, popcorn chicken is coated evenly with the sauce. Now, it is just like chicken nugget poured with a lot of chili sauce

We originally stopped by for lunch. However, even though their hours stated an opening time of 10:30 AM, nobody was there, so we ended up going somewhere else as this place is located inside of a food hall with many other vendors.We ended up coming back the same day for dinner, and the food was pretty good and made fresh to order. The prices were a little high, and our 2 plates came out to a little over $40 NZD. Everything is gluten free though so it's a great place with anyone that has gluten as a dietary restriction.Don't forget to bring cash, especially if you're not from NZ! They do not accept paywave or credit cards, so luckily, I had enough cash to cover our meal! That was a major inconvenience, especially given the average price of their meals. All the other vendors in the food hall accepted credit cards for purchases of much less!

Ordered a gluten free ramen, I was excited because normally gf ramen is hard to find. It literally tasted like water, no flavour at all. I ordered it with tofu and they automatically assumed I was vegan and let the egg that was supposed to be in it, out. Just ask if I’m vegan or not instead of assuming. I wouldn’t do this normally but I gave the ramen back and got a refund.

Reasonably quick for a special chilli chicken on rice with salad, $15 for a reasonable portion. Everything is pretty reasonable but nothing special. Staff is friendly and they do take away. Open 7 days.

Kangsta is tucked away in a little food court and easy to miss, but it's worth the extra effort to find. I had popcorn chicken and the fried brie sticks, and my companion had bibimbap with haloumi. Everything was delicious and fresh, so much so that I ended up overeating and only kind of regret it.

This food is so delicious and reasonable price and so many gluten free options.We visited today and it was just the tall guy with the beard working alone, getting slammed with orders but still taking all orders and making all the food with no help to a delicious standard and considering it was just him, fast pace. Some people were being pretty impatient and demanding to know when orders would be ready, watching him making their food and saying how much sauce to put on exactly etc just being unreasonable Karen types. But he was super professional and handled it all like a boss. Do wish he had some help though he will be knackered tonight.

Looking for a Korean eatery here in Wellington and I found Miss Kangsta at Capitol Market. Nice service and good food. Went here twice to try the popcorn chicken with parmesan cheese and wasabi mayo.

The popcorn chicken was awful. Had good expectations given the reviews! But it wasn't authentic Korean, it was so hard fried on the outside that it wasn't particularly pleasant to bite into or chew, didn't have ANY flavour except for the mayo they put on top. Honestly, save your money and go to Mr Go's or Seoul Restaurant.
