JD and his team were professional, fast, and very efficient. JD communicated throughout the process what was going to happen and when. The work was carried out in an excellent fashion, with little interruption to our daily life. Although JD had several projects on the go he popped around several times to check on progress, and on completion. He was the only roofing company who was willing to quote on an 'install only' job because I had alreday purchased the roofing iron. I can wholeheartedly recommend JD and his team if you want to do a re-roofing project, partial re-roof or new roof. We are very happy with their service.Update on my previous review from 2 months ago - we had 2 flashings ripped loose in the recent freak wind-gusts that hit Kapiti, one of them flapping dangerously in the storm past a bedroom window, so we needed it urgently attended to. JD showed up the same day at 7pm (no doubt after a long hard day alreday!) to come to our rescue. Sorted it out in no time and helped us out of a pickle. Outstading customer service, prompt attention to our needs, JD went out of his way to help us. I can highly recommend him. BTW, the flashings had not been installed by him or his guys, this were from a previous old install.

We were recently having some work done on our spouting and had scaffolding put up. It seemed good idea to get our old chimney take down and the long-run roofing panels replaced in that area. We contacted Hurricane Roofing at short notice. They responded quickly and got the job done. It was a good job at a fair price in a very quick turnaround situation. You can't ask for better. JD went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that flashings were made in a timely manner, so that roof could be well sealed by the weekend, and he is very responsive to any questions or queries.Being an older home, the guttering required fixing which was achieved to our satisfaction.
