as far as I am concerned the biosphere magnesium sachets are without a doubt the best on the market Fast absorbent and practical. In my role as a fitness instructor I regularly take Biosphere magnesium not only does it help with cramp sore muscles etc but it is so beneficial to a good nights sleep I highly recommend this product it absorbs into the body very quickly and it tastes great.
