Mai Ride

Used Mai Ride over the festival period of Summer and they are honestly the best. Matt and Joy and extremely friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Mai Rides enough! They were awesome to deal with. Great communication, they responded straight away to text messages. Super reliable, picking us up and dropping us off on time. They went out of their way to look after us. Awesome big van for great value. Will be using them again and again.

ABSOLUTELY have loved every ride I’ve taken with Mai rides. Matt and Joy are such a pleasure to be riding with. Very prompt on time, good chats and music is always good!!! The best taxi service I’ve ever used. Needed a late notice pick up and Matt was great! Came and got us within 20 mins from a late night gig and even stoped for food for us on the way! Super affordable too! Thanks so much Mai Ride!

Contacted via form with the details of our journey - communication was initially prompt. In fairness some of the comms were over the holiday period so I knew there would be some delays(everyone deserves a break).None of the details from the form were accounted for and we were provided with an option 5/6 hours earlier for than stated on the form. From the first email to our ride option being offered was 6 days - the option provided is not suitable as it’s before we can check into our accommodation.I let mai ride know that I felt messed around and that the customer service was poor. Owner said they wasted enough time on “someone who sounds entitled”. A bit shocked since we gave our full details and information just to have a very unsuitable option provided. We are now high and dry for a ride since way group was under the impression we could trust this provider and it sounded as if they could pick us up.All and all I understand transport is stressed around new years, it would have been nice to know our options a little sooner and that our pick up window was not going to be suitable for Mai ride to collect at.I wouldn’t have left a review until the owner resorted to name calling which is super unprofessional and rude

Matt and Joy are a breath of fresh air into the region! As drivers they're fun, relaxed, flexible and genuinely great to chat with. And they've chosen their vehicles well too... super comfortable, great tunes and spacious. We used them as a big group over this past weekend, and will definitely be using them lots more in the future.

There is no price tag for their first class service! Not only they are professional but they are very down to earth and genuine.They went above and beyond for us last weekend and literally saved our wedding!
