Generally pretty good service. Prices are on a par with other places. Product labelling is not great, especially with discounted dog food

Animates at Mount Maunganui is in a great spot. Easy to get to and no parking fees. A lovely shop with plenty of stock. Pleasant helpful staff.Highly recommended.

Animates always provides friendly and knowledgeable service. They have a good variety of cat food that my cat actually loves to eat (especially Royal Canin). I love that customers can shop in there with their pets as well.

Animates is a good place to go to for all your pets needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. Also parking is at their front door.
