PADAS Property Management & Ace Body Corporate

This is a great little company to deal with. We have assisted Philippa and her clients for a number of years and always found them excellent to deal with. Philippa is not frightened to ask the hard questions but listens to advice and recognizes quality affordable work. When considering all the Property managers we deal with PADAS and Ace are streets ahead in organisational and professionalism with both the tradespeople and Property Owners.

A landlord who makes sure the place is up to code, the tenants are happy and is thorough. Working with Phillipa is a pleasure.

Phillipa and the ACE team are in my view the absolute best Body Corp Managers in Wellington. They have a wealth of experience and expertise and follow the letter of the Unit Titles act to guide everything they do. I have been chair of two self managed Body Corps who were in a state of non compliance with the many rules and Phillipa made the switch to ACE via committee vote very smooth and managed the Body Corps very very well from then on getting them/us compliant and at a very resonable cost. They also dealt with some very complex/difficult issues with neighbours and owners for us which reduced stress hugely. No Body Corp should be self managed any more. The rules are too detailed and important to comply with to self manage and very costly if you make a mistake. I highly recommend ACE.

Philippa and her team are just fabulous to have as property managers - from a tenants point of view. We tenanted a property in Wellington for 6 years and over that time had cause to deal directly with them on many occasions. They always listened, always acted with urgency when necessary and we felt they cared about us and wanted to make sure that things were up to standard.
