Where do I start , I was looking for a company to invest in for a while , I had a call from Rose for the enquiry I put though online .she answered every one of my questions and concerns, she went out of her way to make sure I was looked after though the whole process.we had a catch up when she came to auckland and all the while I wasn't an investor , but looking into Williams corp as an option for an investment. I can't speak highly enough , the experience was seamless, the staff are amazing, what they say they do.I can't thank Rose enough, spending the time, working with me, even sending me on the investors cruise so I get more of an understanding while never pushing me to invest . Definitely made the right choice working with Williams!

Great people to work with! My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Henri, who has gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect first property for us! He has given us an amazing, personalized experience and helped us learn about what goes into getting property whilst not making it overwhelming, which we both really appreciate as transparency is highly important for making big financial decisions.We also had the pleasure of meeting a lot of the team, as well as Matthew, at the information/ investing night they held. Everyone we talked to and dealt with were amazing. Can't recommend them enough, even if it's just to learn more about property, as they are very welcoming and knowledgeable!

Settled earlier this year on a fantastic property. Was impressed with quality, and attention to details like landscaping and car charger. Renuka was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, and even after the sale she kept in contact to make sure all was OK. I also met with the business owners who seemed genuinely focused on good client outcomes. I would recommend Renuka and Williams corp for reliable build times, quality and great service.

Really well built unit with eye to the details, only few minor defects.However giving 3 stars because of the poor unreliable, unprofessional and extremely ignorant head office. The person who sent the updates and would call to ask if we have any questions, could not answer most of them. She would set expectation with our property manager to call him back and then she would not even remember talking to him and that happened number of times. I had to constantly chase for answers.The body corporate rules were not provided, no access to bins and bike storage has been provided on settlement, the head office manager didn't even know if the rubbish is shared or individual. I had to look for our letter box keys too as they were not given to us.When we purchased the property we were promised that we are dealing with a company that has never had any delays and construction is well planed in mind with current market situation. Our build was 5 months delayed which resulted in nearly doubled interest rates on the mortgage. In return we have received mumbled apology.This company surely doesn't know what a good customer service is.

What an amazing experience from start to settlement and beyond. He explained the who's, what's & why's of Williams. He built our confidence in the team and the quality product we've ended up owning.Cannot recommend this experience enough.
