Not sure where the 4.9 ratings came from?Charged me $110 to tell me my system was no good, and that they could not get a replacement battery. Very poor communication, I had to keep chasing them.A different company was able to get the required battery and install it within 2 days of me speaking to them.

Excellent response, service and pricing!Our old residential alarm system finally gave up the ghost after decades of use. Awesome company. Our house alarm was setting itself off every 10 minutes at about 10pm one night. Called kiwi security and they sent a technician out and solved the problem out in 15 minutes. Great communication and understanding.

Dev replaced an existing alarm system that we were having issues with. He worked out the problem and was excellent at discussing our options of fully or partially replacing parts on a 13 year old system. Excellent communications re timing and cost and got the job done quickly on the day. Would use him again and recommend using his alarm services.
