Trick Or Treat Gifts

Came into the store and the old lady at the desk criticised my friend for a her nose piercing apparently being too low" or "done wrong". Odd approach and definitely will not be going back."

i went in to trick or treat by myself to get my seconds pierced, I was very nervous and the older lady at the counter was rude. she pierced them in the complete wrong spot and they are very crooked and have scarred bad.

Dana on point piercings!I have just gotten off the phone with Shirley she has been telling people she trained me which is a lie I am in no way associated with her or her shop (never have been)she then denied it and said she had pierced me and my mates another lie.Shirley read your reviews!! Absolutely appalled by the treatment of one of the team members. My sister in-law and I went in today to have a look around, we stopped and looked at the contacts and the earrings right next to the counter - We left not long after as we didn’t see anything we liked. We went next door to the 2 dollar shop and left around 5 minutes later. When we walked out, we saw the woman from trick or treat outside. She approached us and said “did you take some earrings from our store.” I responded “no” confused. She said “well we’re missing a pair.” I told her she could check our bags and our pockets as we didn’t take anything. But she just responded with “well it’s too late anyway.” And walked away. We were absolutely shocked and disappointed by the accusation, as both my sister in law and I work in retail and would never steal from someone’s business.

1st time they Pieced my belly button on an angle. Went back 4 years later to get conch done, the lady put it in the wrong spot and pulled the needle out and told me it can’t be done. An ear full of blood and Very terrible service. Would never ever go back or recommend.

Disappointment I rang Up to book an appointment but they said okay have to go now we really busy you do not say that to a customer that is asking questions I will not be coming to use again. I dislike this staffs thank you ugly company

One of the worst instances of customer service I have ever experienced, would give negative stars if possible. Will not be coming here again.

I got my helix pierced here and it was a disaster. They lied to me about the care and general healing of the piercing and told me it was better for me to get a ring rather than a stud just so that they could get more money from me. They gave me entirely incorrect information, leading to me having to go to the doctor to fix the piercing. Would not recommend getting piercings here. Go to brutal ink or the bell block piercers instead

Very rude customer service. Not happy with the way she spoke to my 7 year old. Very abrupt and not a nice tone. Made me and my daughter feel very uncomfortable. She pierced my daughters ears well but i will never go back here. EVER! Do not recommend. Surprised she is still in business but she certainly shouldn't be she's in the wrong profession.
