Highly recommend this hotel. They made us feel welcomed from the beginning to the end. It's nice and clean with a heated pool which my girls loved. We were also given welcome cookies on check in which were a nice touch especially as they were Homemade.

We popped into the Double Tree by Hilton Karaka purely by chance. It was a spontaneous visit and what a great choice we made. The staff were delightful and very helpful. Great food, spotlessly clean and comfortable room. 100% recommend this venue. We will be back.

The nicest hotel I have stayed at! Friendly service. Had that new hotel smell. Really modern rooms! Would for sure stay again! The location is a bit far from Auckland.

I spent two nights at the hotel, booking a 'staycation' with the intention of resting, sleeping in, and enjoying the long weekend. However, on the first day, at 9 am, housekeeping knocked loudly on my door, abruptly waking me up. There was no do not disturb" sign available to indicate that I didn't want to be disturbed.Although the room and bathroom were spacious

This was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were so clean and it’s fairly new. The location is great. There is a McDonald’s, Subway, Pizza Hut and a sushi place across the street along with a gas station/convenient store. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff are wonderful, the amenities were new and clean, everything had a very polished look. The rooms and view were better than expected and I am so happy that I chose to stay here. I will be returning on business soon, and I am looking forward to this. Location is bit further away from where I needed to travel to, and traffic was an issue coming back but you can't blame that on staff or the hotel one bit - especially when you come back to a wonderful place like the Double Tree Hotel. Keep up the good great work team!

Great new modern hotel. Big, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Very good bar with a rich selection of drinks and food. All the staff were really friendly.Breakfast was good, except for the unpleasant way of upselling diamond members to the hot part of the buffet first thing in the morning - feels like they are watching your every move to fine you for stealing a hard boiled egg :-) you just have to pick the last croissant you are entitled to (see my photo).Otherwise we had a nice stay and would stay here happily again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Doubletree,Easy to find and Park,Welcome cookie when you arrive,my room was modern,stylish decor and clean,Breakfast next day was delicious good variety of hot & cold food,they have wireless mobile charging beside bed,room service,heated pool.Overall we enjoyed our stay.
