Kevin from Contact Electrical is awesome, he is professional, polite and explains things in a way that you understand. He gives sound advice and is a all round genuine person. We have had nothing but the best in service, as well as being able to talk to the administrators whom are always friendly and helpful. We will only deal with Contact Electrical and have recommended them to all our family and friends.

What a delight to find this electrical company.They phoned before the 'Job'. They arrived on time. The team was two people; Ethan and David. There were four tasks that needed doing. We did not have to repeat ourselves endlessly. One task they could not do - but they explained why!We did not have to hover over them. They took care not to overload any of the circuits.We were impressed that they complimented a previous electrician for his work (I don't like it when people 'badmouth' members of their own profession.)They appeared caring, competent, and professional.I would definitely recommend them.

Poor service ...bullying behavior from receptionist...tradey was very rude...Over a communication error I've had to engage disputes tribunal ...so childishlyunwarranted behavior ...Angry customer

The whole team at Contact seem to work the same i.e. 110% keepsing the customers needs in mind. I have been delighted with every job they have done for me to date. They do what they say they will do, do a great job and do it when they say they will. Outstanding especially in today's environment.

Contact Electrical came and helped us out just prior to Level 4 and we had been overseas. But they took all precautions and did not come into contact with us. They were prompt. They did have to return a few weeks later as the thermostat failed, but it was dealt with within half an hour of our call. So we got our hot water back. Still rated high - cause you sorted things out so quick for us.
