Levin Arohanui Hospice Shop

The staff in this place are extremely rude and arrogant. They treat you like they are reluctantly doing you a favor and unhappy about it. I seen them say Now shoo" to a customer when he was quietly leaving the counter. And thats only one person! They all behave in this manner. Ive been in twice. The first time I thought they must of had some bad news or something but the second time they were the same. I strongly recommend avoiding unless you want to be put in a bad mood. There prices are very high too. $44.50 for an old picture frame? No thanks. This is the only charity shop in Levin I would recommend avoiding. ALL of the other ones staff are friendly and cheerful. I recommend the St Johns shop just down the road in the direction of town. They are very nice."

Great shop, friendly staff, new layout is good. Only problem being lack of carparks, hard to get a park as a popular shop.Alwsys find a bargain here.

Wonderfully friendly staff, just a shame item's are so pricey. Gone are the days of opportunity shops, seems they're almost as expensive as brand new.

What has happened to this storeIt used to be so fun to shop here.I wish I could have more positive things to say but unfortunately the shop has gone downhill with someone putting crazy prices on used items and clothing.

Nice friendly staff ( most of them)Used to be Good prices on the clothing but 2021/2022 prices have been increasing, back garage sale can be a bit overpriced especially when you can buy the same item new for only a couple of extra dollars. Furniture also on the high side, hard for families on low incomes. Used to be my favorite op shop but sadly no longer. Please go back to the way it use to be.

Shocking staff, arranged a delivery today and never turn up have to called them and ask (which I have waste my whole day!!!) she said the lads finished for the route today, and they check the delivery diary and have forgot my delivery which was in the book. The best thing they could do is deliver for the next day!!! Wonder how long I've got to wait? What a joke and I have to paid delivery charge which it didn't turn up at all!!!The other charity shop manage to do it straight away without me wait for the next day or 2 days!!!

I used to really like this shop, it was actually the best op shop in Levin. The past year it's gone to the dogs with horrendous pricing. Please go back to the way it was and stop being a rip off like St John's op shop as you will give yourselves a bad reputation.
