It’s an okay gym. Has plenty of squat racks and space which is a huge plus and staff are friendly but there’s many old machines which limit how properly you can do exercises. The cable machines feels old like they need to be lubricated and the leg extension and leg curl machines are so bad/unstable. Definitely not up to the standard of other flex fitness gyms I’ve been to. Also gets sooo busy at peak times. Ive been to many different gyms and I have never seen one so full.

Only been going to the gym for a month now and it's great! The staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting to start the gym or even get healthier

Good place to workout. I’ve only been there to enquire. This rating just because the staff didn’t provide much information, I had to ask many times the same question. Didn’t seem to interested in giving more information.

Small and perfectly formed with a great vibe. Great location close to shops so you can do your shopping after your workout.
