Simon was very professional and responsive he guided us with colour choices and kept in touch while we waited for building work to be done to be able to begin painting. Simon's team were equally as professional. They were great to have around over Summer. Simon's team worked in a very cooperative way with the roofers we had at the same time. We were most impressed by the clean and tidy way they worked and ALWAYS left the place clean and tidy and safe at the end of the day. We have had lots of positive comments about the colour of our old Villa from passers by. Being an older villa style home with many imperfections Simon's team did a nice job stripping and sanding it right back. We are pleased with the result and outstanding customer service throughout the process.

Fast, painless, a great finish and a good price too. We had the exterior of our house painted and are very happy with results - looks better than it did new. We would thoroughly recommend Prep and Paint Pro to anyone looking to get their house painted.

The team painted our whole exterior of our house. The end result is fantastic we are really pleased with their work. The team are professional and courteous of working on someone’s property and we’ll definitely use them again in future as they are very skilled painters. Terrible experience with this Paint and Prep Pro Wellington. Had interior painting done by them. They dripped paint on the carpet. Gaps in the paint, cracks, even sealed a window shut. The painters did not use any kind of tape on the windows or french doors and there is paint all over the glass, honestly it looks like a child has painted it. The lady that came to do the initial quote (Safia Afrin), who is the (or one of the) managers, agreed to come back and sort out the problems, but never did. After several emails and unanswered phone calls asking when she plan to come back she eventually outright refused to return and remediate this and left me to rectify at my own cost and time, absolutely appauling. This is the first time I've ever left a negative review on a company but feel that people need to be warned. Do yourself a favour and do not use this company. Avoid.

Fantastic job done by Simon and his team on our house. Exterior paint carried out when scheduled. Organisation of scaffold on two storied dwelling prepped and finished to a high quality. Great communication through out job and friendly demeanor. Would recommend.

Prep and Paint Pro have just completed the painting of my house. The painters have done a wonderful job and take pride in their work. Simon Lundon and his painters kept communication going through the painting process which was reassuring after other painting companies had previously let me down. We chose Rung based on the recommendation of a friend, and we're pleased that we did. We'll ask him back when we want more painting to be done.He and his team were always polite, in good spirits and were on time, he kept us informed, responded to emails/txts quickly, and explained everything clearly. Nothing was a problem. They left a clean and tidy work area at the end of each day. When we worked from home, they would warn us before making significant noise.We were away for a few days and lent him a key - they are trustworthy.Days before they were due to start in late November, we disrupted his schedule by having to replace our stairs (just before Xmas). He was able to accommodate us and his team worked between Xmas and New Year to catch up.We had new carpet installed soon after the paint had hardened, and the installers made a long scratch in his perfect paintwork. He'd told us this might happen, and returned and fixed it at no charge.The quality of his and his team's work was very high, and he provides a 5 year warrantee.We can't think of any negatives to mention.
