First time here through using a groupon voucher and I had such a great time!The groupon deals are great and I will definately come back with my friends.Booking through phone was easy, I had no trouble whatsoever and I got great service.I have been to other karaokes before-Rock bar-Part world in mercury lane-kbox viaduct-some korean ones around high stI have to say, this place's karaoke machine is one of the simplest to use and navigate compared to others. It also has the option to have singing in the karaoke which is good for shy people. I was in the room for 10-14 people and the sound was great.Street parking is free after 6pm.

Nice place for both western and Asian kareoke songs. Fancy services and one of the ones that opens on public holidays

The kareoke system they use is really slow and unresponsive. There's no reference book so it's up to you to come up with the songs. The system froze so we were moved to another room, then that system froze, so we waited 15 minutes for it to reboot ... Then the microphones didn't work. Ended up leaving after an hour with only one song sung
