NOW Couriers

Do not use this courier company. I made an online order two weeks ago and I still haven't received the package. I rang Now Couriers and after a long wait on the phone got a very unhelpful customer service" person who said the courier driver was "swamped and new". She could not give me any idea as to when I will receive the package. Just appalling service."

Unreliable, useless, incompetent are not sufficient to describe this courier company. My parcel was not delivered on the box at a residential address so they left a note on 9 Feb 23. I called them for redelivey at business address. They promised delivery in two days. Called them after 2 days and spoke to another customer service staff, Liz, who wrote the redelivery address and took my details. She again promised 2 days delivery. After not receiving the parcel on 3rd day called again. Gave all details again to someone called,Si. 22 Feb still no sign of my parcel!!. What a joke! Can't deliver , shut the company.

Have recently been unfortunate enough to have 2 parcels delivered by Now Couriers - both from Auckland to Wellington which took 8 days each to arrive. Followed up with customer services for the first one and have yet to have a response even after the package was finally delivered. I have previosly had another package which took almost 3 weeks to arrive, again nothing from customer services until everything had been delivered.Main points to note:- Delivery times are terrible. Well aware we are in the midst of a pandemic but if NZ Post can get delivery right surely a courier service can- Customer service - you'll be lucky to hear back and if you do it will be weeks later- Tracking is a waste of time as there are no regular updates, status doesnt update even when the package is finally delivered.For me they dont tick any of the boxes i want from a courier service, delivery takes too long, customer service is poor and tracking is very unreliable.It's a shame one of my go to online retailers have started using this company, so unfortunatly for them i will no longer be ordering anything from them.

Braindead – the instruction on the packet said ‘leave at back door’. The sign on the front window says ‘deliver to back door’. I found the packet at the side door after 10 days and chasing the supplier. Another monopoly minded company. Hey ‘not’ NOW – you need to change the prerequisite for drivers to include ‘literate’. Pathetic.

Courier driver left our package just inside the gate, which the dogs then destroyed. When we complained, driver lied and said we had told them to leave packages there! Thankfully the person we bought from refunded us, but would definitely not recommend this company.

They think they don’t need to obey traffic rules because they’re a delivery van! Today I was at the intersection of Bond St and New North Road, with a Now Courier driver behind me. I stopped on a yellow light and the driver swerved into the “Left turn only” lane to go past me and turn right on red. One day he will hit someone but it will be too late. :(

Terrible communication and delivery service! Firstly it was sent to a wrong driver, then they are supposed to follow up and call me back but they didn't. No one is responding me about my complaints.This courier company should have been closed down by now and no one is supposed to let them take care of your package!If the manager or owner or any desicion maker of this company is not getting back to me today before 5pm, I will boost the whole social media with this information. Employees, better start finding a new job before your workplace got bankrupt! Preparation is always the best solution!

Yes, please rename this company to LATER couriers. I waited two weeks for some sauces from Culleys, within East Auckland. I should have walked there.

I have never ever came across such an unreliable courier company. We ordered a solar panel within Auckland which was supposed to be delivered within 2 days. After 5 days no parcel so I called the NOW COURIERS and was told they lost the parcel. After a few more calls they promised they organised the replacement of the solar panel. I made sure and called the company we purchased it from and they said the replacement should be at ours in 2 days max. After these 2 days I called them again and the solar company told me the courier even didnt pick it up from they warehouse. So the solar company decided to deliver it to us personally otherwise we probably never get it. Summary is that we were supposed to get the parcel within 2 days and it has been almost 2 weeks and we still dont have it after so many calls and promises from NOW COURIERS. It seems they just do not care at all. I would rename this NOW COURIERS company to NEVER COURIERS company. Do not use them they are absolutely useless!!! Hana Hochman

If they are happy to park illegally in a designated mobility park without the necessary permit outside a MEDICAL CENTRE, heaven only knows what they do with your packages.My advice is to avoid them at all costs!
