Got everything to order but staff were slow and there where either people waiting in line for food longer than me the need to pick service of speed and have two people running the till instead of 1 girl who was doing it by her self she wasvery quick and friendly we came through on Friday but I can't remember the girl who was on tiill she had really good customer service skills

Food was soggy and the customer service was appalling. I wasn't allowed to order a lot of things from the menu because it was too close to closing, despite being an hour before close and no signs to say that certain items weren't available after a certain time. Couldn't order the rebel whopper because the broiler was turned off which I'm really not sure why this would be turned off so far from closing. The woman who served us was downright rude and maybe needs to brush up on her customer service skills

Absolutely shocking experience (fortnightly) should just close the joint down. We use Burger King here regularly and every time we visit it’s got something wrong with it to complain, unfortunately the kids are finally over it and by looking at the passed reviews they really don't give a shit……… from wrong order, drive thru open/closed, inside open/closed, dirty, inconsistent, poor customer service! Flat drinks, food thrown in bag, limit food available, kiosk not working blah blah blah…….pick up your game Turangi Burger King staff or hire a new manager!!!! Sad

We like stopping here for lunch whenever driving between Auckland and Wellington. Meals are always good quality, tasty, and reasonably priced. The restaurant is large enough to cater for, at a guess, about 40 people but we've never seen more than about 10 people which is good for social distancing.

Been coming here for over a decade and quite consistently the orders are wrong in one way or another, tonight I got a Hawaiin BK chicken without Mayo and got no pineapple - the part that makes this burger Hawaiian" didn't notice until an hour later after travell8ng that time.. disappointed af.. again"

Best BK ever. A carload of us ordered different meals yesterday 3/12/22 and everything was fresh, hot and perfectly made. Seriously the best BK we’ve ever had. Whoever the team was working was spot on. Didn’t know BK could taste that good lol

Absolutely hopeless! They have 3 kiosks for ordering as nobody is serving at the counter. Problem was the kiosks were not working!!! After many complaints and customers walking off, the staff finally got the kiosks working so the customers could order their food. Turns out the kiosks just needed a new printer real which was a 30 sec job! BK lost multiple customers and received multiple complaints over a 30sec job haha

Had been driving awhile in a moving truck and needed to eat and use the bathroom at 7:30pm on Friday 21s of April 2023 and was told rudely by staff that we couldn’t come in and to use the drive thru. Unfortunately the truck was too big, so not impressed with this huge inconvenience
