I engaged Phil at HK Concrete as he made claims of a fast and mess free job of replacing my old driveway and adding a turn area. Neither turned out to be true, but it got much worse is when they changed the original contour causing my car to scrape when crossing the top. He went from we will fix this, to not answering my calls or responding to my emails. The council has failed the surface water drainage that they installed and still no response from HK. Definitely look elsewhere.
