After being recommended this place highly it was nothing at all like the website said, no follow through on super important things and often front of office staff rude about staff and residents in front of visitors. I was absolutely dismayed with this. A beautiful property and while staff behind the scenes were doing there best the lack of support for them is totally unacceptable. Sadly having to trust people with our loved ones is sometimes unavoidable and shouldnt be an experience that makes it harder than it should be

Strict with visiting rights so protective of clients. Pleasant surroundings and impressed to see cats are allowed under special circumstances. Also the home has a resident cat

I visit a relative here often. He never leaves his room but I have managed to get him into the gardens. Hed love to maintain them but isnt capable anymore. Left alone too long and is withdrawing from people altogether. Sad to see he seems to be forgotten.
