Has most items you'd expect from a department store although...no shoes! Overall, found it a bit over priced & a number of staff (women's clothing/upstairs home decor) preferred chatting/laughing loudly amongst themselves, rather than serving customers

Great customer service supplied by Rae. I had a faulty top with no receipt. She spent ages searching through my records to locate the product(with the office lady) and I got a refund. Much appreciated as I thought I was stuck with something I couldn’t wear!

I called in this afternoon 27/12/22 to the fragrance department. There were two staff members behind the counter chatting to each other. There were no other customers present, and I was standing a couple of metres from the employees. After 5 minutes of being ignored ( during which they both looked over and then carried on talking), I left and will now make a purchase elsewhere. I shop here regularly and this has never happened before. Very disappointing.

I went in here to grab a kitchen item, and found it very limited. It's not a large store and lacks variety.I also had a look at bedding which they didn't stock what I wanted, so I left with no purchase.There were no staff to help or talk to and the only ones I could see were busy at counter, no staff on floor.
