I've been a patient of Dr Elizabeth Baird now for quite some years and feel I'm in very capable hands. I would recommend you make an appointment with her if you have any doubts about your skin as it's always good to get a starting point.

Dr Elizabeth Baird gets you in and out of her clinic as quick as possible. In 1 year of seeing her and $1024 worth of appointments, 0 progress has been made. If you are into 2 minute appointments that give no explanation or result and no attempt to explore different treatment options, then this is the perfect clinic for you.

I have read the reviews earlier but still I went with open mind and visited Dr. Elizabeth Baird. She seems to be very rude in behavior though she was trying to be nice. She was very blunt and gave me comments like your Indian" skin

I phoned the clinic to book an appointment on Friday. Dr Baird wasn't available which was fine. My issue was the receptionist who answered - who I found quite rude. She didn't properly listen to the question I asked, gave a curt response and then hung up.If I owned the clinic I would be concerned about the front line service provided for potential future patients. Not so good for business.

I read previous reviews before my appointment, but have to say I was very happy with Dr Baird. Yes, she is very quick but found her very informative and efficient. I know there are some specialists that might be happy to perform unnecessary procedures but Dr Baird doesn't seem to be like that.Everyone at Remuera Dermatology is really friendly and helpful. Happy to go back again.

Dr Baird was perfectly nice, but the consultation was extremely brief. Not one question about medical history, existing skin conditions or lifestyle. She just looked, diagnosed and wrote a prescription.Said diagnosis turned out to be incorrect, and the prescribed medicine no longer administered by pharmacies in NZ.We won't be returning.

I found my appointment with Dr Elizabeth Baird really unhelpful. It seemed like she only wanted to get rid of me and was not listening to anything I was saying. Furthermore, she just prescribed me with the same things as my doctor did. Waste of time and money. Zero stars.

I went to see Elizabeth (Dr Baird) yesterday with my terrible skin complaint. I`d been feeling quite down about my appearance. I have to say she is the most amazing doctor, really kind and understanding as well as having a great sense of humor (unlike some doctors). I moved to New Zealand from Singapore with a rare skin condition (Pityriasis Rubra Pilaris) which my doctors in Singapore had had difficulty treating. Dr Baird was quickly able to diagnose and treat the condition, which has now subsided completely. I would definitely recommend.

As others have said - save yourself the money and do not go here! It is outrageously expensive and appears to be nothing other than a retirement turnstile for Dr Baird. I was also misdiagnosed at this clinic.I was referred to Dr Baird for a spot on my skin that I was concerned about. After a 5 minute consult and $350+ later, despite my questions I was reassured that everything was fine and it was a harmless spot.The spot kept changing (as I iterated to Dr Baird) so I sought a second opinion through the public system. There, it was correctly diagnosed by a doctor who actually cared and I was given appropriate treatment.Save yourself the money and the headache. Go elsewhere
