Such bad customer service! Brought a pair of Sandles yesterday, and realised they're the wrong size when I got home. Tried to exchange them this morning (the next day) and the girl wouldn't let me swap the sandles. Said they had been worn, when they had not. The girl was rude and had such bad customer service. Buyers be ware!! Sunday 24 April, 2022.

Staff at The Crossing much more knowledgeable and helpful than Fraser Cove. I was at both stores Thursday, girl at FC told me the wallets and purses hanging on wall would fall to pieces in a month. Tried to say the one I was looking at wasn't leather. She was wrong. I've had my current Roxy for just on 5 years.

Spent $300, then asked to create an account asked if they could put the points from the $300 onto the account, staff refused and said it wasn't possible after I had literally just bought my items. Then received attitude from one of the employees. I also asked if it would be possible to then refund the items and buy them again to put the reward points on the account, once again they were bought within 2 minutes before asking to make an account, staff refused. Terrible service.
