Sole Haven Reflexology

I have had a few sessions with Emma and can honestly say she is amazing at what she does. As it was my first time ever trying reflexology I was a bit sceptic and don't usually like having my feet touched. However from the moment I entered Sole Haven I immediately felt relaxed. Emma has created a beautiful set up for her clients to lie back and chill out for an hour. She carefully explained what reflexology involved and what I would get out of it. The treatment was so relaxing and Emma was even able to tell me where I had some issues within my body. After each session I always have the best nights sleep and feel super calm and chilled the following day. I would definitely recommend booking an appointment with Emma and I can't wait to go back.

Emma is an incredible reflexologist. She seems to connect to your body and knows what it needs. The environment she creates is very relaxing and comfortable. She includes some special elements to her sessions with sounds and a choccie and herbal tea too... an absolute treat! I would recommend anyone to try a session with Emma to feel amazing afterwards. I particularly enjoy going in the evening and sleep so well after!

I had the most amazing sleep after one treatment with Emma. I booked a double session to enjoy some Mother Daughter time and Emma made us feel so welcomed and relaxed from the moment we arrived. She was very gentle and nurturing and the therapy felt amazing. At the end Emma shared some insights and observations and she was very knowledgeable with any questions we asked. Thank you Emma,for the most relaxing,special reflexology hour.I did not know what to expect,never having experienced this type of massage previously.A soft, warm,relaxing environment with firm and intentional massage,relaxed you enough to drift off to sleep.My feet felt as if l was walking on velvet afterwards,plus an interesting insight on areas where tension is held in the body.
