This is how great service should be. Le doors answered an urgent SOS for us in regard to a broken door and fixed it the very next morning. Excellent proffesional service and great knowledge. The door is now better than it was, and all for a really reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Paul was excellent to deal with as he was patient while I decided on a replacement door, firstly quoting on a repair but I went for a new door.I had concerns about fit but he assured me all would be well and it was.Two very good young guys did the fitting and I was very pleased.

We called into the Le Doors office to get some information. We met with Paul while we were there. He arranged to meet us at our place later that day. We received a quote for new garage doors two days later (it was the weekend!) and we finalised the arrangement next day. Paul advised that depending on the manufacturers installation should be completed within 6 weeks our doors were installed after 4 weeks from acceptance of the quote. The team responded to my online request immediately.The next morning the Le Doors team member arrived and diagnosed the problem...the old door 'engine' had given up the ghost.Within 1/2 an hour the new system was installed and tested.Then unsolicited, the Le Doors guy did cleaning/maintenance on the runners both the doors, tidied up and spent a few minutes briefing me on the new system and how to maintain in the future.IMPRESSIVE service and workmanship.And the price invoiced seemed very fair, as quoted, no surprises.Strong recommendation from me.

Absolutely awesome service. Asked for a quote to replace a garage door. Got a phone call reply same day and an onsite quote the next day (no other door companies even replied to my request for a quote).I had a lot of questions after the quote which were all answered quickly and patiently.Door was ordered and arrived in the expected time frame, Le Doors called to advise, then installed the next morning. Great communication. Did a really good job servicing my garage door in no time. Pointed out a fault and fixed it on the spot and discussed how to make the door more weather tight. Gave options for down the track when things start to wear out (have an older door).

I had an excellent professional experience with Le Doors Paraparaumu. My door was sticking at about the 45cm open position, more often than fully opening. The technician had a good look at the door and determined a service was all that was required, which he performed thoroughly. When I do need a new door motor, I will definitely be back to Le Doors to have the work carried out.
