Never bother with click and collect. Takes longer than couriering. Won't be doing this again as it is the second time with a very long wait.Currently a week and no click and collect ready even though the item was IN STOCK at the store the day I ordered it.

Great team at the Whangarei Branch! Purchased a new Trek MTB a month ago and it arrived within a week of ordering it. Super helpful whenever I’m in the store. Staff have a ton of knowledge no matter what department you’re walking through. Great range of equipment and fair pricing considering the quality of gear on offer.

I brought my bike in last Saturday with chain ring issues having been I’ll advised by a main stream bike shop. Chris took alook at it , quoted price, timeline etc. On the way home received text to confirm work. Wednesday received call from Chris confirming it was fixed and asking if I would like him to fix a couple of other things that were needed which I did. Today Friday I picked the bike up with Chris’s smiling face all done and the cost exactly what he quoted. I have not received such good service, value for money and good experience when fixing my bikes over many years- good job Torpedo 7 and great work Chris.

Good product range, with super helpful and friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about products. They didn't have the item I wanted in my size, but checked and recommended best other branches to try, as I was going to Auckland a few days later and wanted to try the item on. Also gave me a quote, so I could still get the sale price.

Was served by Tom today (English guy). Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. First class service. He approached me as I entered the store and took me and my son through a range of options. Cheers again Tom for helping my son choose a great scooter!

We had exceptional service from the bike department at the Whangarei branch. Tom and Chris are beyond helpful, and super knowledgeable too - helped sort out our entire family’s bikes so we could all get riding again.

I had an issue with some damage that had happened to my bike frame prior to purchase, the team dealt with my concerns respectfully and the service was excellent. Got offered a few options . Special mention to Cory who dealt with my calls. Great team walked away a very happy customer. Thank you.
